Chaos

The JAL filght was canceled yesterday and it was a total mess around the check-in counters yesterday. There were people who did not understand that it was because of the bad weather at NRT. There were Philipinos who did not listen to us and spoke whatever shit they wanted to say. There were people who were like ME ME ME!! Oh， and I had this F-ing Korean guy who cursed me in Korean. He knew that I didn’t understand a shit so... I guess he felt he got power over me or something. Oh， my heck! I was so mad at this guy!!! I started working at 5:50 in the morning， and when everything was done， it was 5:30 in the afternoon. 12 hours was too much.

But I have to mention that there were still good customers who understod the situation completely and were kind enough to be patient. I had this old Japanese lady who was visiting her sister in Vegas and she spoke almost no English. She was so worried because she might had to use another airlines (america west or american airlines) to get back home. I tried my best to make everything easy. After everything was done and when she was ready to go， she thanked me and cried... I was so glad that I could be some help for her. I felt so happy that there are still some people who evaluated what they really saw - in this case I mean our effort. So I cried too. LOL and I dont know why but this lady who was chatting with her cried too. Ha! It was the happiest moment on that day. I do hope that she gets home safely... :-)

Anyway， after I came home， D picked me up and finally I saw his roommate. Well， I had the shocking moment at his house.. but I dont think I am ready to say this here. Ha~

で、今日は気分転換にネイルサロン行ってきた☆
数日前から迷ってたんだけど、
結局、亀裂の入った爪も折れそうだったし、
昨日の仕事で、本当に、気が滅入っちゃったので、
気分転換に、アクリルやってきました。フレンチのね。
overtime でお金ちょっと余分に入るからいいかな♪
でも、やっぱり、爪がきれいだと happy になりますね！
自爪を頑張って補強してたんだけど、
やっぱり、チェックインカウンターで、スーツケースとかいつも運んでると、
結構気をつけてても折れちゃったりして悲しくなります。

明日も四時起きだー
